Hi, my name is Chiara and I am the owner and founder of Key Performance Coaching (KPC). I am a performance coach who specialises in sports psychology, mindset work, rider analysis and I am an EQ bands qualified coach. KPC was created to offer a space for all riders to grow and reach their goals, to feel welcome and leave their worries at the mounting block.
